Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer supporting a fast-paced automotive location. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and assist employees and visitors with professional customer service and clear communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license under AU Driver Policy Requirements, offering variety, teamwork, and opportunities to act with integrity while supporting a people-first culture. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients at an automotive manufacturing and/or distribution location by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, offices, and perimeter zones to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
• Control access at vehicle and personnel entry points by verifying credentials, monitoring gates and/or doors, and directing visitors, contractors, and deliveries according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with alarms, medical calls, and/or traffic or parking issues in designated areas.
• Complete detailed reports and logs, communicate observations and incident information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership, and support investigations by preserving relevant details.
