Job Description As a Security Officer - Mobile Patrol Driver in Saint Charles, MO , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a fast-paced tech location, you will perform routine foot and vehicle patrols and remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will respond to calls, document activity, and provide clear communication and customer service to staff and visitors. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and vendors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology location.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying site contacts and/or dispatch as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random foot patrols of offices, lobbies, loading areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance and access concerns.
  • Monitor access points and visitor flow, verifying credentials and/or authorizations, and directing individuals to the appropriate check-in and delivery processes.
  • Complete routine reports and log entries, communicate clearly with site personnel and other Allied Universal team members, and support security-related investigations with timely information.
