About The Position

As a Security Officer Mobile Patrol Clearance Required in Plymouth, MA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at an aero and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will support access control practices, document observations, and communicate clearly with site contacts and teammates. Requirements

  • An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
  • Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
  • Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter points; document observations and report unusual conditions.
  • Control access by checking identification and/or credentials, directing visitors and contractors per site procedures, and helping to deter unauthorized entry.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; communicate with site personnel and Allied Universal supervision as needed.
  • Complete detailed reports of daily activity, incidents, and observations; maintain logs and support follow-up by providing clear, timely information.
