As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence that can help reduce security-related incidents. You will document observations, communicate clearly with staff and visitors, and respond to concerns with calm, customer-focused support. Requirements

• Have 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or a college degree.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• Be 21+ years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a financial services location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Monitor access points, observe for unusual conditions, and assist with entry and/or exit control in accordance with location procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation support and coordination with management and/or emergency services as needed.
• Complete accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and other documentation, and communicate key observations to Allied Universal leadership and/or location contacts.
