You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay visible to help to deter security-related incidents while delivering standout customer service. You will document observations, communicate clearly with site teams, and respond to requests with calm professionalism. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and site personnel by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and post orders, and by assisting with access control and visitor processing as assigned.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points, noting unusual conditions and reporting concerns through the proper channels.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and requests for assistance in a calm, problem-solving manner, and support emergency response activities according to site procedures.
• Monitor CCTV, access control systems, and other security-related equipment when assigned, documenting observations and escalating issues in accordance with site guidelines.
• Complete required reports such as shift logs, patrol activity, incident documentation, and maintenance requests, and communicate updates to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
