As a Front Desk Officer in a commercial real estate location, you will be the welcoming first point of contact, assisting visitors, managing access control, and supporting daily security-related operations. Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Nice To Haves

- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control tasks, and front desk support at a commercial real estate location.
- Monitor lobby and entrance activity, verify visitor information, issue guest credentials, and help to deter unauthorized access through attentive front desk presence.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with property management and/or emergency responders when appropriate.
- Answer phones, greet arriving guests, maintain visitor logs, and support security-related reporting, documentation, and other administrative duties tied to the front desk post.
- Observe and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and policy-related issues to appropriate personnel in accordance with Allied Universal standards and site expectations.
