As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that can help to reduce security-related incidents. You will support access control, communicate clearly with team members and site contacts, and deliver a customer-service mindset on every shift. Requirements

Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate timely updates to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking lots, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify conditions that may require attention.
Control access to the location by verifying identification, managing visitor check-in and/or badge processes, and directing deliveries to designated receiving areas in accordance with site procedures.
Complete required reports and logs, including patrol documentation and incident statements, and notify appropriate parties when unusual activity, property concerns, and/or policy violations are observed.
