As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a fast-paced food and beverage location, you will conduct routine patrols of production and exterior areas, remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and report observations clearly to site leaders. You will support access control, respond to calls for assistance, and deliver customer-focused service with calm communication. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to onsite personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a food and beverage location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify hazards or irregular conditions.
• Control access by verifying credentials, monitoring entry and exit points, and directing visitors and contractors according to site requirements.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying appropriate contacts and assisting with incident scene control as directed.
• Complete routine reports such as patrol logs, incident reports, and/or shift activity records, and communicate security-related information to site management and incoming personnel.
