About The Position

As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Clearance Required in Crestview, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Requirements

An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and other security-related duties within an aerospace and defense location.
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, grounds, restricted areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized access and identify potential concerns.
Monitor entrances, exits, and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and communicate with site personnel regarding security-related matters and/or operational needs.
Document daily activities, observations, and incidents in written reports, and assist with emergency response activities when appropriate.
