Requirements

  • Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns to site leadership and/or emergency personnel as appropriate.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, loading zones, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
  • Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and document deliveries, contractor activity, and other security-related events according to site policy.
  • Complete routine reports and communicate observations, incidents, and policy violations in a professional manner while supporting Allied Universal standards and client expectations.
