Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Specialist in Scottsdale, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic retail and entertainment location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and support access control activities. This is a driving post, with responsibilities that may include vehicle patrols and visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents. Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a high-traffic retail and entertainment location.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate observations to site contacts and/or local responders when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, including interior common areas, guest activity spaces, entry points, parking areas, and the outer perimeter, noting unusual activity and/or conditions.
• Help to deter unauthorized access, disturbances, and/or policy violations through visible presence, routine patrol activity, and timely reporting of security-related concerns.
• Support daily operations by monitoring foot traffic, assisting with directions and general questions, and documenting incidents, hazards, and/or maintenance-related issues according to Allied Universal and site expectations.
