Security Officer Patrol Driver
About The Position
As a Security Officer - Patrol Driver in Little Rock, AR , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location as an unarmed patrol officer in a primarily driving post. You will conduct routine vehicle patrols across the property, remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, complete detailed reports, and communicate clearly with site teams and visitors. This role requires a valid driver’s license and supports our agile, reliable, and innovative approach with a caring, people-first culture and integrity-driven teamwork.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and/or emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying appropriate contacts and documenting actions taken.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
- Control access by checking identification, managing visitor sign-in processes, and/or directing deliveries to approved areas per site procedures.
- Complete security-related reports and logs, including patrol activity, incidents, and any maintenance or hazard observations for follow-up.
