Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Manufacturing in Winter Garden, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic commercial property location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver’s license under AU Driver Policy Requirements. You will deliver exceptional customer service, clear communication, and dependable support while representing our agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first culture. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter points, to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
• Monitor access points, observe activity on the property, and communicate with tenants, visitors, and vendors regarding site rules, directions, and security-related concerns.
• Support property operations by reporting maintenance-related hazards, checking for unsecured doors and/or gates, and assisting with routine closing and opening procedures as directed by site policies.
