Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a dynamic tech and telecom location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support daily operations with agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity while putting people first throughout every interaction.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and Allied Universal guidelines at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations to the appropriate contacts.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, lobbies, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify anything out of the ordinary.
Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials when required, and assist with visitor management, package handling, and other security-related support tasks based on location needs.
