As an Access Control Officer at a hotels and resorts location, you will help monitor entry points, greet guests and staff, verify credentials, and support a welcoming arrival experience. You will maintain a visible presence, conduct routine patrols of assigned areas, and communicate clearly with the team to help address security-related concerns. Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and associates at a hotel and resort location by carrying out Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Control access to the property by verifying identification and/or credentials, issuing visitor passes, maintaining access logs, and directing authorized persons to the appropriate areas.
- Monitor entry points, lobby areas, and other assigned access control locations to help identify unauthorized access, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations, and report concerns per post orders.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with guest concerns, coordinating with on-site management, and contacting emergency services when needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including interior common spaces, back-of-house corridors, and perimeter areas as directed by post orders; document findings and report maintenance or security-related concerns.
