You will support daily operations by controlling access, documenting activity, responding to concerns, and communicating clearly with employees and visitors. Requirements

• CPR/First Aid may be completed post hire and is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to site leadership and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or damage to property.
• Monitor access control points by checking identification, processing visitors and contractors, managing delivery driver check-in, and directing traffic flow according to site rules.
• Complete routine documentation such as shift logs, incident reports, and patrol activity reports, and monitor cameras and/or alarm systems to identify and report unusual conditions.
