You will conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols, stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to concerns with clear communication and customer-focused service. This is a driving post, so a valid driver’s license is required. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following post orders and escalation protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter lines to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Working environments and conditions may vary by location.
Monitor entry points, gates, and restricted areas; verify authorization for access in accordance with site-specific requirements.
Observe and report suspicious activity, property damage, and maintenance concerns; document findings and actions in daily activity logs and incident reports.
Operate and/or monitor security-related equipment such as cameras, alarms, radios, and access control systems as assigned.
Provide directions and assistance to employees, contractors, and visitors; help manage vehicle and pedestrian traffic during routine operations and special activities.
Communicate with Allied Universal supervision and site contacts regarding incidents, policy questions, and follow-up actions.
