Job Description As a Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol in GREEN FOREST, AR , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a fast-paced food and beverage location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will document observations, communicate clearly with site teams, and deliver customer service with professionalism. Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and actions per post orders.
- Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter routes to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
- Control access at designated entry points by verifying identification, managing visitor check-in and/or badge processes, and directing deliveries to approved receiving areas.
- Complete required reports and logs, communicate status updates to site management and/or Allied Universal supervision, and support food and beverage sanitation and contamination-control practices by following hygiene and restricted-area requirements.
