Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer patrolling a busy retail-related location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to visitors, associates, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail distribution location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, including interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter access points, as working environments and conditions may vary by location.
Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry, theft-related activity, and/or policy violations by verifying credentials, observing site activity, and following post orders.
Support daily operations by communicating clearly with employees, visitors, and/or delivery personnel, providing directions, and reporting maintenance, lighting, or other security-related issues noticed during patrols.
