As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, perform routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will document observations, communicate clearly with onsite teams, and deliver customer-focused service. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following site-specific security-related procedures, access requirements, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within an industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to site leadership and/or public emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, and the exterior perimeter, including checking doors, gates, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor and document unusual conditions, policy violations, and maintenance concerns observed during patrols, and communicate findings through required reports and shift briefings.
• Assist with traffic flow and delivery coordination as assigned, helping to maintain orderly movement of employees, contractors, and trucks while following site policies.
