Join Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine checks, and stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license per AU Driver Policy Requirements, supporting mobile patrols and rapid response. You will deliver clear communication, strong customer service, and detailed reporting while working with a team that values agility, reliability, innovation, and integrity.

Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as directed.
  • Conduct regular and random foot and vehicle patrols of manufacturing areas, warehouses, offices, and perimeter zones to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
  • Monitor alarms, cameras, and access points; verify identification and/or visitor authorization in accordance with site procedures, and document entries and exits as required.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; communicate updates to site contacts and/or Allied Universal supervision as needed.
  • Complete shift reports and incident documentation, and report maintenance or operational concerns such as lighting outages, open doors, or damaged fencing through the proper channels.
