Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Possessing a guard card and/or license is preferred.
Having customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by following site-specific access control procedures, identification verification, and visitor management processes.
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or vehicle documentation, and maintain accurate logs of personnel, visitors, and deliveries in accordance with post orders.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating notifications and supporting emergency response activities as directed.
Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, and perimeter routes to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
Operate security-related equipment such as cameras, alarm systems, radios, and access control systems, and complete detailed shift reports and incident documentation.
