As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine foot and/or vehicle patrols, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to requests from tenants and visitors with professional customer service. You will complete detailed reports using a computer or tablet and communicate clearly with your team. Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, vendors, and visitors at a commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of common areas, parking lots, loading areas, and the property perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance or security-related concerns.
- Monitor access points and observe for unusual activity, escalating concerns to site management and/or responding resources in accordance with post orders.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing assistance and documentation as required by site procedures.
- Complete routine reports and incident documentation, communicating pertinent information to supervisors, property management, and/or emergency services as appropriate.
