Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will document observations, communicate clearly, and support employees and visitors with customer-focused service. Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within an industrial location.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate updates to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision as needed.
- Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, and perimeter fencing; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
- Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry by checking identification, issuing visitor badges, and directing employees, contractors, and drivers to the appropriate areas.
- Complete routine reports and logs, document unusual activity, and report maintenance hazards such as damaged doors, lighting, and/or fencing through site reporting channels.
