About The Position

The Hospital Security Guard supports a safe, secure, and orderly environment for
patients, visitors, and staff.  The role performs routine patrols, responds to
incidents, assist clinical teams during high-risk situations, and enforces
hospital policies with professionalism and empathy.  The position requires
strong communication skills, sound judgment and the ability to remain calm
during stressful or rapidly changing situations.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Must possess a valid state issued driver’s license that must remain current during employment (HVB)
• Ability to pass background checks
• Ability to pass drug screening
• Ability to pass health clearance

Nice To Haves

• Prior health care security experience
• Outside security, military and/or law enforcement background or experience
• Experience working in high-stress or customer facing environments
