Job Description As a Security Officer - Swing Shift Patrol in Boston, MA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a healthcare location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will respond to calls for assistance, document observations, and communicate clearly with staff and visitors while delivering customer service that reflects our agile, reliable, and innovative approach. You will work as part of a team and act with integrity in every interaction. Requirements

• Have at least 6+ months of security experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical facility disturbances, access issues, and property concerns.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter, as permitted by site requirements.
• Monitor access points and observe for unusual activity, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
• Complete detailed reports of incidents, patrol activity, and policy violations, and communicate key information during shift turnover.
