About The Position

Security Account Manager / Site Operations Manager Full-Time Leadership Role We are a fast-growing security company in Southern California seeking a strong, dependable Account Manager/Site Operations Manager to lead security operations across assigned client sites. This role is ideal for a proven leader who thrives in the field, builds strong teams, and takes ownership of both people and client relationships. This is not a desk-only position . Requirements

  • 3+ years of verifiable security experience
  • 2+ years experience of supervisor or management of security teams (required)
  • Valid California Guard Card (required)
  • Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
  • Calm, professional response under pressure
  • Availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Ability to respond to urgent operational issues on short notice

Nice To Haves

  • Armed license (preferred)
  • Former law enforcement or military experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serving as the primary operational point of contact for clients
  • Managing staffing levels, schedules, and coverage across sites
  • Resolving call-offs, last-minute changes, and coverage gaps
  • Providing hands-on field support and filling shifts when necessary
  • Training officers and reinforcing company standards and culture
  • Developing and maintaining site-specific SOPs
  • Supporting onboarding and continuous development of assigned officers
  • Partnering closely with executive leadership and HR
  • Managers are expected to lead from the front and remain actively involved in daily operations.
