About The Position

Join the SEL Security Team today! We are looking for a self-motivated, reliable, and quick-thinking Security Operator to join our night shift. A strong emphasis will be placed on written and verbal communication skills to write detailed briefs, log events, talk with individuals on the phone, and relay critical information during crisis. Security Operators utilize a wide array of software to respond to alarms, review CCTV, facilitate access control and visitor requirements, troubleshoot basic PC help calls, and much more. A strong candidate will be comfortable with learning a multitude of software programs, critical thinking, strong communication skills, and a strong drive to learn and improve. As a Security Operator a typical day might include the following: Provide exceptional customer service while observing SEL security policies and culture. Create and maintain security documentation as required and perform compliance audits. Monitor alarms, assess the security implication of incidents, and respond appropriately. Operate complex security systems with guidance. Practice absolute confidentiality and unquestionable ethics. Requirements

  • This is a night shift position. Must be available to work Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Wednesday from 6:00p-6:00am
