Site Location: Rock Hill, SC 29732 Security Concierge Officer: Morning Shift, Afternoon Shift Employment Type: Part Time Starting Base Pay: $14.00 per hour Workdays Available: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday Shifts Available: 6:00 AM - 8:00 PM Must Have Great Customer Service Skills Must Be Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet Resume preferred, but not required. RESPONSIBILITIES: Customer service, greet residents and guests to the residential complex in a welcoming and professional manner at all times Direct food delivery personnel to the residential apartment Accept packages as needed for residents or directs delivery to the correct apartment Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security or safety hazards QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE): High school diploma or Verifiable High School Diploma or GED (Certificates of Completion not acceptable) Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision Excellent oral and written interpersonal communication skills Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new and customer-specific applications Attention to detail Customer service skills PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE): Customer service or hospitality experience in a residential community or hotel setting BENEFITS: Medical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, and disability insurance Enrollment in our company’s 401(k)plan, subject to eligibility requirements Seven holidays annually paid at time and a half, if worked 40 hours of vacation after one year of employment at eligible work assignments.
