The Security Site Supervisor is responsible for managing the security services for the client site. A successful candidate will provide oversite, coaching, training, and mentoring to other Security Personnel. They are a direct partner with the client including evaluation of quality of service. They will meet regularly with the client to recommend and implement improvements. This person will collaborate with Human Resources to recruit, select, orient, train and develop high caliber staff. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license and clear driving record required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associate degree and 1 year of experience in security operations, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.
- Proficient in basic computer and technology use.
- Strong communication, reporting, and organization skills.
- Customer service background needed.
- Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
- Must be able to conduct patrols and respond promptly to situations.
- Able to remain alert and detail-oriented throughout the shift.
- All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas’ pre-employment screen process, including drug screen and background investigation.
Nice To Haves
- At least 1 year security or supervisory experience a plus!

Responsibilities
- Work directly with the line management and/or client representatives in the management and support of security officers on site.
- Responsible for ensuring protection and preservation of the client's assets and personnel in a manner consistent with client and company policies.
- Ensure all officers follow post orders and Securitas protocols.
- Respond to incidents and manage emergency situations effectively.
- Train new officers and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
- Maintain detailed reports, incident documentation, and daily activity logs.
- Communicate routine patrols and ensure proper site coverage at all times.
