Requirements

• Valid NYS Security Guard License required
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Prior security experience required (supervisory experience preferred)
• Reliable transportation to Newburgh, NY
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Dependable, professional, and accountable

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support on-site security personnel
• Ensure post orders and site procedures are followed
• Patrol large vehicle lots and perimeter areas
• Oversee entry/exit gate operations and access control
• Assist with vehicle inventory checks and lot security
• Complete incident reports and daily activity logs
• Serve as the on-site point of contact for security-related matters
• Address minor issues on-site and escalate when necessary
