Security Supervisor FT - 2nd Shift

As the 2nd Shift Security Supervisor at Hilton Milwaukee, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a secure and safe environment for guests, associates, and property. Reporting to the Director of Rooms, you will directly oversee the daily functions of the security, and transportation teams ensuring alignment with brand standards. Connected to the newly expanded Baird Center, the Hilton Milwaukee is the largest hotel in Milwaukee. Originally built in 1927 as the historic Schroeder Hotel, the property features 554 well-appointed guest rooms and also oversees The Marc Hotel, offering an additional 175 rooms and suites. Together, the hotels boast more than 34,000 square feet of versatile meeting and event space. Requirements
- Must have a Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, public safety, or a related field preferred.
- Must be available to work 2nd Shift (3:00PM - 11:00PM).
- Must have flexible work hours (weekends & holidays may be required).
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Hospitality Experience required.
- Prior experience in related field.
Nice To Haves
- CPR / First Aid training preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support and supervise 2nd Shift Security team.
- Conduct investigations and document all incidents with accuracy.
- Provide courteous and professional service to all guests.
- Monitor surveillance systems and conduct patrols of the premise.
- Liaison with MPD / DSNA.
- Maintains MSDS books & MOD program.
- Assist Loss Prevention officers with their duties.
- Oversight of Transportation & Parking Ramp departments.
- Maintain hotel radio communications & Emergency Procedures.
- All other duties as assigned.
