About The Position

SECURITY at Destination Geneva National Join Destination Geneva National’s exceptional hospitality team as part-time Security, maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests and associates by patrolling and monitoring Lodge Geneva National, the GN Clubhouse, grounds, Hunt Club Steakhouse, and around the Cottages & Suites overnight lodging four nights per week, Friday-Sunday. This is a third-shift position. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following: Secure the premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, and inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points. Obtain help by sounding alarms and notifying local authorities. Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; and evaluating new equipment and techniques. Prevent loss and damage by reporting irregularities, inform violators of policy and procedures, and restrain trespassers. Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; and obtaining signatures. Maintain the environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls. Maintain the property's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements. Respond to guest security requests (e.g., when locked out of assigned room). Keep hallways clear (e.g., remove room service trays). Assist Building Maintenance team as needed.
