Semiconductor Process Technician
About The Position
Execute process operations in the assigned fab area following approved work instructions. Monitor SPC charts and process indicators; respond to out‑of‑control conditions. Perform lot handling, inspections, and data collection to support quality and yield goals. Document process activity, issues, and corrective actions in tracking systems. Support process qualifications, experiments, and engineering evaluations. Partner with engineers and technicians to troubleshoot process‑related issues. Adhere to all safety, contamination control, and cleanroom requirements. Support assigned shift schedules and production priorities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Process Technician in the semiconductor industry
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized procedures.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing or technical operations.
- Education or training in science, engineering, or technical disciplines.
- Ability to work 12‑hour shifts, including nights, in a cleanroom environment.
- Familiarity with SPC, data collection, or process monitoring systems.
- AS degree or certification in related field

- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or high‑volume technical production.
