About The Position

We’re looking for a strategic, relationship-driven Senior Account Executive (Sales) to drive new business by selling the full suite of SilverTech services. In this role, you’ll own the opportunity lifecycle within your region, acting as a trusted advisor while helping prospects define and achieve their business goals. You’ll work closely with partners and internal teams to qualify leads, uncover opportunities, define scope and estimates, and manage prospect expectations around deliverables, timelines, and budget.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (marketing, information technology, or related field)
  • 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing, technology, account management, consulting, or software-based environments
  • Proven success at hitting quotas and building a book of business
  • Experience working on large-scale, web-based or digital solutions
  • Strong business analysis skills with the ability to define client requirements and success criteria
  • Exceptional client service orientation with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams

Nice To Haves

  • Prior consulting or business analysis experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue by meeting or exceeding annual quota through the full suite of SilverTech services
  • Represent SilverTech with professionalism, expertise, and a client-first mindset to build trust and credibility
  • Qualify leads and partner with SilverTech subject matter experts to develop tailored solutions for each opportunity
  • Stay current on emerging technologies and trends within SilverTech’s ecosystem
  • Collaborate with partners such as Sitecore, Kentico, Sitefinity, and Salesforce to identify and pursue regional opportunities
  • Define project scope, goals, assumptions, and deliverables in partnership with the project team and stakeholders
  • Coordinate estimates and proposals with SilverTech and client teams to ensure accurate and actionable planning
  • Maintain clear and timely reporting on opportunities and pipeline using Salesforce and other internal tools
  • Set and manage prospect expectations around scope, schedule, and budget by reviewing and communicating statements of work
