Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in the travel, hospitality, or related industries.
  • Proven track record in outbound sales, cold calling, and developing new business opportunities.
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers at multiple levels.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and active listening abilities.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and accountable with a hunter mentality and results-driven approach.
  • Comfort with CRM and sales enablement tools such as Salesforce and Outreach.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development through high-volume outbound activity, including cold calls, targeted account engagement, and creative sourcing strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners, understanding their needs and demonstrating the value of platform solutions.
  • Secure participation in the company’s partner tools and platforms, including discounted close user group rates and advertising initiatives, to maximize partner engagement and performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Account Management, Product, and Relationship Management, to ensure seamless partner onboarding and long-term growth.
  • Maintain accurate and organized sales pipeline data, utilizing CRM and outreach tools to track activity, manage opportunities, and report progress.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement in partner engagement, sales strategy, and platform adoption.
