About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Account Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you will manage and grow a portfolio of strategic key accounts with a focus on maximizing client value and satisfaction. Your efforts will drive Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth across major clients. By building long-term trusted relationships, you will identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities while collaborating with internal teams to enhance client loyalty and success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or equivalent.
  • Understanding of Transport, Logistics, and Supply Chain topics.
  • Significant experience in sales management.
  • Knowledge and application of sales methodologies such as MEDDIC and WHY.
  • Experience with quarterly sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic clients and build long-term trusted relationships.
  • Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to increase the value of existing solutions.
  • Develop and execute account plans aligned with client business objectives.
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, support, marketing) to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
