About The Position

As a Senior Accountant in our Client Onboarding department, you’ll play a critical role in setting our clients up for success. You’ll work alongside a collaborative team to manage client relationships and ensure a smooth and accurate onboarding experience. This role requires strong technical accounting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in GAAP-based accounting and financial reporting
Strong client communication skills and a passion for helping small businesses
Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and/or Xero
Industry exposure in e-commerce, product-based businesses, technology, real estate, or professional services
Consulting experience with multiple clients or projects at once
Familiarity with cloud-based accounting systems and app integrations
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field (required)

Nice To Haves

Experience in public accounting or working in a remote, tech-forward environment

Responsibilities

Prepare accurate, accrual-basis financial statements
Perform detailed reconciliations for bank, credit card, merchant service, and loan accounts
Apply strong financial analysis to support data-driven decision-making
Manage multiple client onboarding projects across various industries
Follow structured project plans aligned with client needs and timelines
Deliver high-quality service that is both timely and within scope
Utilize cloud-based accounting platforms and integrated tools to streamline processes and drive results
