Requirements

3-5+ years of accounting experience
You think reconciling accounts and seeing that zero at the end is fun
You enjoy digging into the data and coming up with a better way to do it next time
You own your work and take pride in a job well done
You aren’t afraid to raise concerns and ask questions if something is unclear
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred but not required)

Nice To Haves

Sales & Use Tax and Construction Accounting experience

Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
Prepare journal entries and reconciliations
Support a weekly payroll process through data entry and review
Support month-end close, budgeting, and audit preparation
Support compliance with internal controls, tax regulations, and reporting standards
Support automation initiatives and future software implementations
