As an essential member of the compliance team, this role shapes and fortifies the framework for ongoing accreditation success, leveraging extensive knowledge in regulations, standards, and improvement methodologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 6 years of related work experience
  • 1 of the following license or registry is required - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Certification (ARRT) - American Registry of Radiology Technologist (ARRT), Audiology License - AR Board of Examiners Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology, Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board, Certified Professional Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) - National Association for Health Quality (NAHQ), Clinical Competence – Speech Lang. Path. Responsibilities

  • Develops and executes strategic plans to ensure continuous compliance with the standards of accrediting oversight organizations, CMS, and other regulatory bodies.
  • Leads the preparation for accreditation surveys and site visits, including coordinating mock surveys, staff training, and chart and documentation reviews.
  • Serves as a subject matter expert on accreditation standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in patient care quality and safety.
  • Conducts ongoing reviews of policies, procedures, and practices to identify areas for improvement and ensure alignment with current standards.
  • Collaborates with clinical and administrative departments to implement changes and improvements that enhance compliance and quality outcomes.
  • Develops and maintains effective communication and education programs for staff on accreditation processes, quality improvement initiatives, and compliance requirements.
  • Analyzes data and generates reports to monitor compliance levels, identify trends, and measure the effectiveness of improvement efforts.
  • Facilitates interdisciplinary teams and working groups focused on accreditation readiness and quality improvement.
  • Acts as a liaison with accrediting agencies and regulatory bodies, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of required information.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
