In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth execution of digital media campaigns. You will be responsible for trafficking deliverables and coordinating with various teams to meet our clients' needs. This position requires strong communication and collaboration skills as you work alongside media vendors and cross-functional teams to guarantee campaign success.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in an office environment.
• 3+ years’ media/agency experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Understanding of customer service and client management.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with Google Campaign Manager 360 and related tools.
• Comprehensive understanding of campaign management from start to finish.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and capability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Leads management of trafficking deliverables for assigned client accounts.
• Collaborates with Media planners on organizing and executing successful campaigns based on client KPIs.
• Partners with client Account teams to manage creative deliverables and goals for each campaign.
• Liaises with Media vendors to ensure the successful launch and monitoring of campaigns.
• Completes all necessary processes with the Ad Ops Team to run campaigns effectively.
• Serves as a liaison between the Account team, Media planners, and Media vendors.
• Leads the completion of data for monthly reporting and manages media budgets.
