The Senior Administrative Specialist provides support to the Marathon County Highway Department stockroom and fleet maintenance. This role focuses on inventory accuracy, system data entry, and supporting stockroom accounting functions in a warehouse environment. Duties include limited physical stockroom tasks such as assisting with receiving or covering the stockroom service window when the Inventory Technician is unavailable. Work is performed in accordance with established stockroom procedures and inventory controls and requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work independently. The Senior Administrative Specialist reports to the Purchasing Coordinator. This is a part-time position, working 24 hours per week. The hours would be a mutually agreeable flexible schedule during Highway Department office times: October through March: Monday – Thursday, 7:00am – 4:00pm and Friday 7:00am – 12:00pm April through September: Monday – Thursday, 7:00am – 4:00pm
