About The Position

Senior Advanced DSP Systems Engineers analyze, design, develop, and test DSP algorithms implemented in hardware and software for RF-based systems. Your duties would include:

Requirements

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field.
  • Also requires 8+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 6 years of job-related experience.
  • Agile experience preferred.
  • CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
  • Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Must have experience developing a multi-channel anti jam algorithm from a mathematical perspective.
  • Success leading the systems development life cycle with strong proficiency with requirements management and system modeling tools
  • Creative thinker motivated to apply technical standards and methodologies to develop solutions
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to provide technical leadership and position others for success
  • Strong presentation and communications skills with experience in the art of negotiation and the ability to meet challenging customer requirements with win-win solutions

  • DSP for mitigating/processing RF effects.
  • Exceptional candidates have work experience of algorithm development for the statistical analysis of signal parameter measurements utilizing techniques from Detection & Estimation Theory, Random Processes Analysis, and Communications and Information Theory in addtion to the below:
  • Experience designing, implementing, and testing anti-jam systems with spatial beamforming-beam nulling.
  • AJ implementation of GNSS and AltNav preferred.
  • Knowledge of STAP, SFAP, or similar AJ algorithms.
