Position Purpose: The Senior Advisor, Global Mobility supports the administration and continuous improvement of NCR Voyix’s global mobility and immigration programs. This role partners closely with HR, Legal, Finance, and external vendors to ensure compliant execution of immigration, relocation, and cross-border employment processes aligned with business needs. The primary focus is supporting U.S. and non-U.S. immigration, visa sponsorship coordination, employee consultation, vendor management, internal case management, and reporting of mobility activity and spend.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in global mobility, immigration, or relocation within a global organization.
  • Working knowledge of U.S. and international immigration processes and cross-border employment considerations.
  • Experience managing internal cases in ServiceNow (or similar platform).
  • Experience working with external immigration counsel or vendors; vendor transition/integration experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Workday or similar HRIS preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Administer global mobility and immigration programs in compliance with immigration, tax, payroll, and employment regulations.
  • Coordinate immigration and relocation processes for permanent transfers, short- and long-term assignments, and temporary cross-border work arrangements (including short-term international remote work).
  • Assess compliance risks and ensure appropriate approvals, documentation, and governance controls are in place.
  • Manage mobility and immigration cases in ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external immigration vendors to ensure compliant, efficient execution.
  • Monitor vendor performance, track immigration spend, and support leadership reporting.
  • Support vendor transitions, system integrations, and ongoing process improvements.
  • Maintain mobility resources, templates, and communications to promote clarity and consistency.
