Responsibilities

  • Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Drive the vision, roadmap, and execution of AI products and platforms from concept to scale.
  • Lead thoughtful product launches tailored to diverse stakeholders.
  • Partner across units to demonstrate opportunity and foster adoption through trust and training.
  • Translate complex product updates into compelling narratives for senior leadership.
  • Develop frameworks for evaluating product performance and measuring ROI.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, legal, data, and learning teams.
  • Stay attuned to industry trends and best practices in generative AI.
  • Showcase impact-focused case studies and features to elevate ASU's AI portfolio.
  • Contribute ideas for using AI to improve unit efficiency and performance.
  • Foster a positive culture and uphold organizational values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and ten (10) years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Experience managing rollout and adoption of AI or enterprise-level digital products.
  • Background in design, communications, or product marketing.
  • Familiarity with ethical AI principles and frameworks.
  • Experience working in matrixed organizations or distributed teams.
  • Exposure to building or working with open-source AI solutions.
  • Understanding of generative AI and large language models.
  • Ability to model empathy, compassion, and emotional intelligence.
  • Adept at collaborating with and leading agile cross-functional teams.
  • Capacity to inspire and drive meaningful change.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with AI/ML concepts such as embeddings and prompt engineering.
  • Fluency in tools like Figma, Miro, Airtable, Jira, and Google Workspace.
  • Demonstrated curiosity in the fast-moving AI landscape.
