Role summary: The Senior Analyst, Case Management, leads comprehensive investigations by developing tailored investigative plans and analyzing case materials across business units. About the team: The Associate Relations team is committed to fostering open communication by attentively listening to associates’ thoughts and concerns. The Open-Door team conducts thorough investigations to address these matters, ensuring associates feel supported and valued. Collaborating closely with business leaders, the team provides guidance on case management and corrective actions while upholding high ethical standards. By applying investigative expertise and effective communication, the team promotes a respectful and transparent workplace culture, contributing to continuous improvement and alignment with company values. The work location for this role is onsite in Bentonville, AR.

Requirements

  • Investigative and Analytical Expertise Ability to assess situations, evaluate evidence, and draw well-supported conclusions based on facts and policy.
  • Interviewing and Communication Skills Experience conducting sensitive, structured interviews; asking effective follow-up questions; and clearly communicating findings to reporters, leaders, and partners.
  • Judgment, Integrity, and Confidentiality Strong professional judgment to handle matters with discretion, impartiality, and sound decision-making, while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of Policies and Its Application Experience applying company policies and procedures across varied scenarios.
  • Technology and Data Fluency (Including AI Tools) Comfortable using technology and AI-enabled tools to assist investigative work.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in human resources, employee relations, labor relations, investigations, or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Employee Investigations Leveraging AI to lead investigations into workplace concerns (e.g., health and safety, employment action) by gathering facts, interviewing parties, and reviewing documentation.
  • Develop Investigation Plans and Strategies Assess each case and create an investigative approach, including scope, timelines, interview strategy, and evidence needed.
  • Analyze Findings, Determine Outcomes Evaluate information objectively, determine whether company policies were violated, ensuring conclusions are evidence-based.
  • Document and Communicate Results Prepare investigation reports, communicate findings and recommendations to HR, facility leaders, legal partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Partner with Cross-Functional Teams Collaborate with HR, Legal, Ethics, Labor, and others to ensure consistent application of policies, alignment on outcomes, and mitigation of future risk.

  • The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
