Summary of Position This role serves as the central hub of Integrated Services Operations, driving informed decision-making and seamless operational coordination through the strategic processing, analysis, and distribution of critical information. As a Senior Command Center Analyst, the individual also functions as an Intelligence Analyst and Automation Specialist—leveraging business intelligence, predictive analytics, and cross-platform tool integration (including NICE IEX, Five9, and Power BI). The role is focused on building early warning systems, forecasting variance dashboards, and scenario modeling to proactively identify performance risks and optimize resource allocation.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, workforce management, project or process management, or related discipline
  • 3-5 years advanced training and/or experience with advanced Excel, Power BI, and/or other data analysis and reporting software.
  • Knowledge and skills in data synthesis, root cause analysis, trend monitoring, anomaly identification, and risk mitigation.
  • Ability to work flexible schedule and after hours, as required.

  • Advanced knowledge of and experience in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly and concisely and develop recommendations independently.
  • Ability to be objective and analytical in reviewing all types of business and systems data.

Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis and Decision Support Analyze and synthesize real-time data to identify emerging trends, anomalies, and root cause analysis.
  • Develop variance dashboards, early warning indicators, and scenario modeling to anticipate operational shifts.
  • Drive development of predictive Service Level Agreement breaches and churn models to proactively mitigate service risks.
  • Partner with Finance and Operations to align findings to cost-to-serve, unit economics, and budget impacts.
  • Serve as the forecasting lead for all Integrated Service Operations lines of business, aligning workforce and vendor capacity plans with enterprise objectives.
  • Systems, Automation, and Tool Integration Act as owner of tool integration across platforms (NICE IEX advanced scheduling, Five9 real-time control, and Power BI dashboards).
  • Lead automation initiatives for Business Intelligence and reporting, improving data accuracy, speed, and usability.
  • Maintain the root cause analysis library, vendor risk dashboards, and client/vendor performance summaries to support governance and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Data Science, Product, and Marketing teams to operationalize insights into scalable business outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration Strengthen collaboration with Integrated Service Operations Business Units, Finance, Product, and Data Science to transform analytics into decision-ready intelligence.
  • Partner with Marketing to build predictive insights into campaign-driven volume forecasting and churn mitigation.
