Requirements

  • Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills
  • 3-5 years Professional Experience

Nice To Haves

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
  • Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Ensures that IT projects adhere to quality standards and best practices by performing quality reviews, conducting testing and validation procedures, and facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Coordinates and monitors project activities to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Conducts requirements gathering sessions and performs analysis to understand and document project requirements.
  • Develops and maintains project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Implements quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet defined quality standards.
  • Coordinates with vendors and suppliers involved in project delivery by managing vendor relationships, contracts, and deliverables, and ensuring adherence to service-level agreements and contractual obligations.
  • Assesses the impact of project changes on systems, processes, and users, and implements change management strategies to minimize disruption and ensure smooth transitions.
  • Translates business needs into technical specifications and ensures that project deliverables align with organizational goals.
  • Contributes to the development and enhancement of project management methodologies, tools, and processes within the organization.
