Las Vegas Petroleum operates a network of gas stations, convenience stores, and travel centers across the country. We are currently looking fo ra Senior Abnalyst/Manager, Treasury to join our team. Job Overview: Own daily liquidity positioning across operating accounts, fuel payables, sweep structures, and controlled disbursement accounts. Build and maintain a 13-week rolling cash forecast with scenario modeling for fuel price volatility, seasonality, and capex cycles. Optimize cash concentration, minimize idle balances, and ensure sufficient availability under revolvers and fuel credit lines. Manage treasury implications of high-volume diesel and gasoline procurement, including supplier terms, rack pricing cycles, and prepay requirements. Monitor fuel inventory financing, letters of credit, and vendor credit exposure to ensure uninterrupted supply. Administer senior credit facilities (e.g., revolver, DDTL, real estate tranches), including borrowing base calculations and availability tracking. Monitor compliance with leverage, fixed charge coverage, and liquidity covenants; prepare monthly compliance certificates and lender reporting packages. Support development and execution of hedging strategies (e.g., fuel swaps, interest rate caps/swaps) aligned with risk tolerance and lender requirements. Provide treasury insights to FP&A and executive leadership to inform NAV modeling and enterprise valuation.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in a treasury management or operations role at a Fortune 500 company or equivalent
  • Experience and comfort in interfacing with internal / external partners as well as driving value across GL, A/P, FP&A, and departmental business line functions

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred candidates will have experience in the hospitality, integrated resort, gaming, restaurant, travel center, or real estate investment industries
  • Preferred candidates will have stood up one or more components of an integrated treasury management function from scratch in a previous role
