The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, U.S. Consumer Banking, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. The Consumer Banking Organization was created to meet ongoing American Express Members' financial services needs beyond the card and build upon a broader Membership promise. The mission of the American Express Consumer Banking organization is to develop Everyday Banking Products that provide members unparalleled value, service and convenience. The Senior Analyst, Rewards Checking Product Marketing, will be an essential part of the team focused on the continued evolution of our Consumer Rewards Checking product following our 2022 launch, with a particular focus on supporting Marketing strategies to drive both adoption (acquisition) and sustained engagement after account opening. This Senior Analyst will partner closely with key stakeholders across Marketing, Product Management, Product Development, Analytics, Servicing, and Legal teams to bring these strategies to life.
